Konson brand hexagonal wire netting machine is one kind of special equipment for twisting metal wire hexagonal mesh with big wire, large mesh and wide breadth. The product has widely function, with its good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, it serves well as strengthening, protection and temperature keeping materials in the form of mesh container, stone cage, isolation wall, boiler cover or poultry fence in construction, chemical, breeding, garden and food processing industries.

Konson gabion machine refers to the machine for making of hexagonal wire netting, it is also known as heavy type hexagonal wire netting machine.

Our machine is specially used to produce the large size and heavy duty hexagonal (galvanized, galfan & PVC wire) wire meshes for the fence and the stone gabions usage. KS series machine has several models for different sizes of meshes and the maximum netting width is up to 4300mm. We can also supply the complete production line for your whole netting workshop.

KS series machine has the feature of rational design, simple structure, smooth running, excellent performance, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.

1. Max. speed can be 4.15 meter per minute, speed can be adjusted with different raw materials.
2. Big width. It can weave double 1.25 m or single 2.5 m width.
3. Even with flat openings, wire can be added at any spot when weaving.
4. We set the clutch brake device, the machine can move by spot.
5. Smooth operation and low noise. It sets an alarm at broken wire, broken mesh.
